14:00: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad.

21:00: 6oz Ground Beef, 2tbsp Sour Cream, 1 Avocado, 2tbsp Salsa, Romaine. 4oz Blueberries.

Sonoma Chicken Salad:
2lbs Chicken Breast
Olive Oil Mayo
Poppy Seeds
Grapes
Pecans
Celery

Boil and Peel Chicken, combine with rest of ingredients. Make enough mayo to coat chicken, figure out quatities of remaining ingredients based on block requirements and/or to taste.
