Day 3

WOD:

Same as yesterday.

Nutrition:

07:00: 12oz 2-shot Americano.

11:00: 6 Eggs, 3 slices Bacon, 2tbsp Butter, 3tbsp Salsa. 1 medium Nectarine.

16:00: 1 serving Pesto Chicken Salad. 6oz Blueberries.

21:30: Jalisco: Chips & Salsa, Steak Ranchero (steak, onions, bell peppers, tomato sauce, sour cream, guacamole, no beans, rice, or tortillas). 1 Jumbo Margarita.
