New Workout Schedule

07:00: BW = 171.4lbs

WOD:

Rest

I'm gonna try the 3 on, 1 off workout schedule, the same as the CrossFit main site. I'm offset from the main site though, tomorrow is their rest day.

Nutrition:

07:30: 12oz 2-shot Americano.

12:00: Cheesecake Factory: Cobb Salad: Chicken Breast, Avocado, Blue Cheese, Bacon, Tomato, Egg and Lettuce Tossed in Our Vinaigrette (Only ate half). Bowl of Clam Chowder. 1 Margarita.

18:00: rest of Cobb Salad, 1/4 serving Pesto Chicken Salad, 1/4 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Italian Sausage & Marinara.

22:00: Joey's: 1/4 plate of Blue Cheese Fries. 1/2 BLT Wedge Salad (iceburg lettuce, blue cheese, bacon, blue cheese dressing). 8oz Sirloin Steak. 2glasses Wine.
