This sucked. Had to break up all the cleans... into many sets.

Nutrition:

08:00: 1 serving Italian Chicken Salad. 1 Fuji Apple. 1/2cup Macadamia Nuts.

12:30: 1 serving Squash Chili.

17:00: 5oz Salami sliced into ~1/2oz pieces. Cream Cheese spread on each, rolled over Pickled Asparagus. 1cup Whole Milk.
