13:00: Claire's Pantry: Joe's Special "Done Our Way" Scramble: 4 Eggs, Italian Sausage (got extra), Mushrooms, Spinach, Bell Pepper, Parmesan Cheese, Sour Cream.

16:30: 1 serving Curry Chicken Salad. 1 Kiwi.

20:30: Jalisco: Chips & Salsa. Beef Fajitas (no rice, beans, or tortillas, just meat, veggies, sour cream, guacamole). 1 Jumbo Margarita.
