So when I said alcohol was off the menu, I needed to provide details of what that would look like. I'm not going to abstain from drinking alcohol all together, what I meant is that I will no longer drink to the point that it affects my performance the next day. There is definitely a lot of gray area within this definition, which will be narrowed the more experience I have with this.

18:30 - 19:30: Salami, various Cheeses, Pickled Asparagus, Fig Spread, Apple Slices, Tapenade. 1 glass Wine.
20:30: Halibut, Mixed Greens Salad w/ Olives, Cheese, Vinaigrette.
