11:30: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Sour Cream, Leeks, Baby Bok Choy. 1 Pear.

16:00: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Italian Sausage & Marinara. 1 Apple.

20:30: Jalisco: Chips & Salsa. Beef Fajitas (no rice, beans, or tortillas, just meat, veggies, sour cream, guacamole). 1 Jumbo Margarita.

22:00 - 01:30: Chop Suey: 3 Gin & Tonic.
