20:30: Jalisco: Chips & Salsa. Beef Fajitas (no rice, beans, or tortillas, just meat, veggies, sour cream, guacamole). 1 Jumbo Margarita.
22:00 - 01:30: Chop Suey: 3 Gin & Tonic.
