BW = 170.4lbs (0630)


3 Rounds:
21 Burpees
21 Deadlifts @ BW
21 Pull-ups



1230: 4 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Guacamole. 3 slices Bacon.

1530: 5oz Chicken, 1 serving Cauliflower w/ Black Olive Vinaigrette. 1 Apple.

2030: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Sausage & Marinara. 1 small Kiwi.

New Recipe:

Cauliflower w/ Black Olive Vinaigrette:
1 Large Head Cauliflower
Black Olives
Pine Nuts
Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
Minced Parsley

Break cauliflower up into medium sized pieces, coat in olive oil, place in oven at 350 degrees for 30min. Let cool, add olives and pine nuts (quantity dependent on fat requirements), add olive oil and red wine vinegar (3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar, quantity dependent on fat requirements), add parsley to taste. For me, 1 large head of cauliflower + 1 can olives + 6tbsp pine nuts + 9tbsp olive oil + 3tbsp red wine vinegar makes 3 servings
