WOD:

Weighted Pull-ups 7 x 3 x 40lbs

Handstand practice. Worked on free standing handstand, plus straddle press handstand.

Nutrition:

1230: 5 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Guacamole.

1730: 15 pieces Sashimi (Cherry Blossom Sushi). 6tbsp Cashew/Macadamia Nut Butter.

2100: Chips & Dip (Sour Cream, Salsa, Black Olives). Crackers w/ Brie & Fig Spread. 2 Hot Dogs (Whole Foods). 1 Beer.
