Shoulder Press 3 x 5 x 59kg
Deadlift 3 x 5 x 126kg
Failed on 5th rep of 2nd set and 4th rep of 3rd set of Presses. Feeling low on energy today, that probably had something to do with it. Will repeat this weight next week.
Nutrition:
1230: 2 "slices" of "Primal Pizza"
1630: 3 Eggs, 2oz Salmon, 2tbsp Butter, 1 Avocado.
2030: El Guadalajara: Chips & Salsa. Pollo a la Crema (Chicken, Cream Sauce, Cheese, Guacamole, Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers). 1 large Margarita.
