I haven't run since October, so this was a lung burner.

Nutrition:

1130: 1 1/2 servings Sonoma Chicken Salad.

1530: 5oz Ground Beef, 9oz Sauteed Cabbage, 1 Avocado.

2000: El Guadalajara: Chips & Salsa. Pollo a la Crema (Chicken, Cream Sauce, Cheese, Mushrooms, Onions, Peppers). 1 large Margarita.
