Deadlift 3 x 5 x 123kg
Shoulder Press 3 x 5 x 57kg

Nutrition:

1200: The Red Door: 1 bowl Clam Chowder. Chicken Caesar Salad (No Croutons, Extra Dressing).

1600: 8oz Sonoma Chicken Salad (Whole Foods). 1 small handful Macadamia Nuts. 1 Kombucha Drink.

2100: 5 pieces of Pizza.
