1130: 3 Eggs, 2oz Salmon, 2tbsp Butter, 4tbsp Sundried Tomato & Olive Bruschetta, 1/2 Leek, 1 small bunch Baby Bok Choy.

1530: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad over 3oz Mixed Greens.

1630: 2 handfuls Mixed Nuts.

2000: 7oz Sauteed Cabbage, 5oz Ground Beef, 1 Avocado.
