WOD:

Overhead Press 3 x 5 x 61kg
Deadlift 3 x 5 x 132kg

Failed on last rep of 3rd set of Presses.

Nutrition:

1130: Blue Star Cafe:Top Gun Scramble (3 Eggs, Bacon, Spinach, Jack Cheese, Sour Cream, Avocado, Pico de Gallo). Side of Fruit. Side of Cottage Cheese.

1530: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Sausage & Marinara.

2030: El Guadalajara: 6 Chicken Wings w/ Ranch. Pollo a la Crema (Chicken, Cream Sauce, Cheese, Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms). 1 large Margarita.

Daily Totals: ~15 blocks Protein. ~30 blocks Fat (really don't know, no way to determine how much fat was in the scramble or the Mexican).
