Grip was limiting factor on swings, otherwise felt like I could have blasted through this without breaks.

Nutrition:

0900: Grande 2-shot Americano.

1030: 1/2 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Sausage & Marinara. 4oz Lamb Leg.

1500: 8oz Butter Chicken (Whole Foods). ~3cups Romaine, ~3tbsp Caesar Dressing, ~1oz Parmesan Cheese. 2 Tangerines. 1 Synergy Kombucha Drink.

2100: 8oz Sirloin Steak. Greek Salad (6oz Cucumbers, 6oz Tomatoes, 4oz Black Olives, 1.5tbsp Olive Oil, 1.5tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, 1.5oz Feta Cheese).

Daily Totals: 18 blocks Protein, ~35 blocks Fat.
