Still sucking it up at the pull-ups. Had to break my last round into 6-5-4-3-3.

Nutrition:

1030: 5oz Lamb Leg, Greek Salad (6oz Tomaotes, 6oz Cucumbers, 1tbsp Olive Oil, 1tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, 1oz Feta Cheese).

1600: 5oz Pulled Chicken, ~3cups Romaine, ~1/2cup Black Olives, ~1/2cup Artichoke Hearts, ~1/2cup Green Peppers, ~1oz Parmesan Cheese, ~1tbsp Olive Oil, ~1tbsp Balsamic Vinegar. 1 Banana. 1 Synergy Kombucha Drink.

2130: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Sausage & Marinara.
