Did lighter squats today because I've been sleeping poorly, and because Michael wasn't there to watch me. Because of that, Presses and Deadlifts felt easy.
Nutrition:
0800 - 1030: 8 cups Whole Milk.
1330: 6 Eggs, 3tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa.
1530 - 1800: 8 cups Whole Milk.
1830: 7oz Smoked Turkey Breast. 1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts.
2200: Fado: Blue Cheeseburger w/ extra Mayo. Shared Cheese Dip. 2 Beers.
2300 - 2400: 2 Vodka Presses.
Sleep:
ZMA + Taurine Day 2. Horrible sleep again last night. Had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. Total time in bed: 7 hours.
