1330: Broadway Grill: 1lb Clams (weight w/ shells). 10oz Rib Eye Steak w/ Gorgonzola Butter (got extra butter). 2 Martinis.

1530 - 1930: 4 Beer.

2030: 6-8 seafood Pancakes.

2030 - 0130: ~4 Beer. 1 shot Tequila.

Sleep:

ZMA + Taurine Day 3. Slept better last night, still woke up after ~5 hours of sleep. Total time in bed: 8 hours.
