1300: Costco: 1 slice Combo Pizza. 1 Chicken Bake. 1 Hot Dog.
1600: 1 Turkey Wrap (Costco). 4 cups Whole Milk.
2000: 5oz London Broil. Greek Salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, 1.5oz Feta, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar). 4 cups Whole Milk.
Sleep:
No ZMA or Taurine last night (was drunk). Slept like a rock for 7 hours, but it was drunk sleep, not the best for recovery.
