Everything felt surprisingly good today. Was moving the squats well, felt really good.
Nutrition:
0900 - 1100: 8 cups Whole Milk.
1530: 7oz Smoked Turkey Breast. 1/2 cups Macadamia Nuts.
1600 - 1830: 8 cups Whole Milk.
2130: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Italian Sausage & Marinara (6 Blocks).
Sleep:
No Taurine or ZMA, ate too close to bedtime for it to make a difference. Slept alright, my usual ~5 hours. Total time in bed: 6.5 hours.
