Day 49

Back Squat 149 x 5 x 3
Overhead Press 64 x 5 x 3
Pull-ups 2.5k x 8, 7, 6
Hip Extension 35lbs x 12 x 3

Everything felt good today. Didn't drop a single rep.

Nutrition:

0700 - 0900: 4 cups Whole Milk.

0900: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Italian Sausage & Marinara (6 Blocks).

1500: 6oz London Broil. Greek Salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, 1.5oz Feta, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar).

1530 - 1830: 12 cups Whole Milk.

1900: 7oz Smoked Turkey Breast. 1/2 cup Macadamia Nuts.

Sleep:

ZMA + Taurine Day 1. Weird sleep. Lots of vivid dreams, woke up several times during the night, but woke up refreshed. Total time in bed: 7 hours.
