Nutrition:

0800 - 0900: 4 cups Whole Milk.

0900: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa.

1030 - 1130: 4 cups Whole Milk.

1400: Mad Pizza: MAD Chopper Salad (Pepperoni, Chicken, Romaine, Red Pepper, Red Onion, Parmesan, Basil Italian Dressing).

1530 - 1730: 8 cups Whole Milk.

2130: 13oz Top Sirloin. 2oz Marcona Almonds.

Sleep:

ZMA + Taurine Day 2. Took less Taurine last night, seemed to have a less dramatic effect on my sleep. Didn't wake up as much during the night, still had crazy dreams, woke up refreshed. Total time in bed: 6.5 hours.
