Deadlift: 150 x 1, 170 x 1, 178 x 1(PR), 182 x 1(PR), 186 x 1(PR), 189 x 1(PR), 192 x 1(PR)
Um, yeah. Today was a good day. Although I haven't 1RM tested either of these lifts in a while, adding 23kg to my squat and 25kg to my deadlift felt pretty damn good.
Nutrition:
0900 - 1030: 4 cups Whole Milk.
1100: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa.
1530: 1 Celebratory Beer!
1630: 12oz Taragon Chicken Salad (Whole Foods).
1700 - 1830: 12 cups Whole Milk.
2100: Latona Pub: 1 Burger w/ extra Mayo, Cheese. 2 Beer.
Sleep:
ZMA + Taurine Day 3. Took less Taurine again, down to ~1.5g. Still had broken sleep, but woke up refreshed again, and had crazy dreams. Total time in bed: 7 hours.
