Nutrition:

0830 - 1230: 10 cups Whole Milk.

1430: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa.

1630: 6oz Chicken in Thom Kha Soup.

1700 - 2000: 6 cups Whole Milk.

2100 - 0200: Various drinks. 1 Hot Dog w/ Cream Cheese.

Sleep:

No ZMA or Taurine. Broken sleep, lots of dreaming. Total time in bed: 7 hours.

New Recipe:

Thom Kha Soup:
Chicken
Straw Mushrooms
2 cans (13.5oz) Coconut Milk
3 cups Chicken Broth
2 stalks Lemongrass (Cut in half and bruised)
3 Serrano Chillies (Sliced in half, remove seeds)
12 slices Galangal Root
6tbsp Fish Sauce
6 Lime Leaves
6tbsp Lime Juice
Cilantro (optional)

In a pot, heat Chicken Broth until boiling. Add Lemongrass, Chillies, Galangal Root, and Lime Leaves, allow to simmer for 5min. Add Coconut Milk & Fish Sauce, allow to simmer for 5min. Add Chicken & Straw Mushrooms, cook until Chicken is done. Add Lime Juice at end, garnish with Cilantro if you want.

Chicken and Mushroom amounts can vary, add as much or as little as you want to fulfill your block requirements. I used 4 small cans of Straw Mushrooms, and a little over 3lbs of Chicken for this recipe.
