Day 54

BW = 196.4lbs

WOD:

Rest. My left back rib/lat area has been bothering me for a couple of weeks, and it got a lot worse last night. Feels like I strained my intercostals, but it's more likely my lat. Need to let it heal before I do anything strenuous. Poop.

Nutrition:

1230: 1 X-lrg Paleo Kit (5blocks). 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts.

1530: 8oz Smoked Turkey Breast. 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts.

1630 - 1830: 6 cups Whole Milk.

2130: 6oz Ground Sausage w/ Veggies & Marinara.

Sleep:

No ZMA or Taurine. Broken sleep w/ lots of dreaming. Total time in bed: 6.5 hours.
