Nutrition:

1100: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa.

1400: 4 cups Whole Milk.

1530: 6oz Chicken w/ Thom Gha Soup. 4 cups Whole Milk.

1630 - 1830: 8 cups Whole Milk.

2030: 6oz Ground Sausage w/ Veggies & Marinara.

Sleep:

No ZMA or Taurine. Broken sleep with lots of dreaming. Total time in bed: 6 hours.
