Got some ART on my intercostals, feels much better, but weak. Didn't want to push it, so did a "recovery" workout:
400m Sled Drag @ 70kg
400m Sled Drag @ 90kg
Then Did Back Extensions and Ab Mat Sit-ups, both 3 x 15
The sled drags wasted me. My legs feel like jello, my lungs are burning, and I didn't feel right for about an hour afterwards.
0900: Tall Americano.
0930: 3 cups Whole Milk.
1100: 1 Xl Paleo Kit.
1530: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa, 4oz Mushrooms.
1600: 3 cups Whole Milk.
1800: 3 cups Whole Milk.
2030: The Metropolitan Grill: 6 Oysters. Shared Crab Cocktail. Caesar Salad (no croutons). 38oz Porterhouse Steak. Carrot Cake. 3 glasses Wine.
No ZMA or Taurine. Great Sleep! Don't think I woke up once during the night! Total time in bed: 7 hours. Woke up refreshed!
