Nutrition:

1100: 1 XL Paleo Kit. 1/4 cup Macadamia Nuts.

1330: 6 cups Whole Milk.

1430: 6 Eggs, 2tbsp Butter, 4oz Salsa.

1530 - 1830: 10 cups Whole Milk.

2100: Latona Pub: Meatloaf w/ Mashed Potatoes & Salad. 1 Beer.

Sleep:

No ZMA or Taurine. Not much sleep, but didn't wake up a bunch during the night. Total time in bed: 6 hours.
