0530: BW = 192lbs

WOD:

Squat Clean & Push Jerk 84 x 1 x 20 (EMOM)
Back Squat 127 x 5 x 3
Roman Chair Sit-ups 30 x 8 x 3

Nutrition:

0600: Grande Americano.

1100: 5 Mini Crustless Quiche.

1600: 1 serving Sonoma Chicken Salad. 1 Kombucha Drink.

2100: 7oz Ground Beef, 4tbsp Sour Cream, 1 Avocado, Salsa, Romaine.

New Recipe:

Mini Crustless Quiche

10 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Milk
Veggies of choice
1lb meat of choice
~1 cup Cheese of choice

Brown 1lb of Bacon or Sausage (or any other meat you want), set aside. Saute ~1 cup of veggies (onion, mushrooms, peppers, etc.), set aside. Wisk Eggs and Milk together (I use Whole Milk), pour into two muffin pans (24 quiche). Spoon in meat, veggies, and cheese into tins, bake @ 325 degrees for 25min, or until golden brown. Keeps in fridge well. 5 of these is a 7 block meal for me.
