1300: 4 cups Whole Milk.
1500: 1 serving Spaghetti Squash w/ Italian Sausage & Marinara (6 blocks).
1600 - 1830: 10 cups Whole Milk.
1900: 6oz London Broil. Greek Salad (Tomatoes, Cucumbers, Black Olives, 1.5oz Feta, 2tbsp Olive Oil, 2tbsp Red Wine Vinegar).
Sleep:
No ZMA or Taurine, ate too close to bedtime. Terrible sleep, woke up several times during the night. Total time in bed: 6.5 hours.

P.S. Cottage cheese = way better. Worked the same for me, with no lactose.
